My Approach

My practice is rooted in present-moment awareness, neurobiology (the biology of the nervous system) and somatics (the mind-body connection). Therapy with me focuses on illuminating and working with the subtle interplay of mind and body, as this very interplay is often at the root of chronic stress, anxiety, and other mental health symptoms. Together we will teach you to recognize your symptoms as wise messengers and empower you to respond in resonant ways that cultivate healing and sustainable wellbeing.

Our bodies are sources of profound intelligence that many of us learn to tune out at early age. While every treatment plan is unique, a common thread is to empower individuals to re-establish their connection to the wisdom of their bodies.
