Reclaim your

inner calm

You know firsthand what stress and tension feels like in your body–beyond the worry thoughts and racing mind. And yet mainstream therapy tends to over-index on the cognitive by investigating stories, memories, beliefs, and thought patterns, while leaving out how they all express in our bodies.

Many of my clients find me when they notice a gap between the clarity they feel in talk therapy and their actual life between sessions. As a body-oriented (somatic) therapist, my aim is to support you in fully living out the insights and healing you cultivate in therapy. Sessions become a space for practicing true embodiment of what you are seeking and learning how to weave that practice into daily life, moment-to-moment.

This process is organically tailored to your own uniqueness, as we focus on what resonates most deeply with you.

My practice draws from neuroscience, awareness traditions, and somatic psychology, empowering you to recognize and respond to the subtle signals your body sends in supportive ways.

How We Work Together

Every path is unique, but they often follow in these footsteps:

Learning the language of your body: We learn to welcome stress, tension, and anxiety as messengers holding important insight, not inherent problems. Together, we’ll decode those messages so you can learn to respond in compassionate, empowering, and harmonious ways.

Mastering the art of regulating: We’ll practice simple yet powerful techniques for responding to the messages of the body, shifting you out of stress-mode and into grounded presence, over and over again until it becomes habit.

Cultivating sustainable wellbeing: As you practice a new baseline of ease, we begin to practice welcoming all aspects of experience (the wanted and the unwanted) as portals back to wellbeing. Freeing you from the rollercoaster of conditional wellbeing, and positioning yourself as the most important member of your support system.
