How I Work

In session we slow down and learn to listen to cues from your body and mind. I draw from somatic and contemplative practices that support regulation, wellbeing, and insight. We always orient toward the resources that resonate most authentically with you.

My role is to help you reconnect with your body’s own wisdom such that life to begins to feel better between sessions and you eventually move on from therapy.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I specialize in helping women with demanding careers cultivate presence, resilience, and self-trust.
